Dei Lorena Restaurant is a spacious and bright room, dedicated to the Grand Duke,
and boasts a refined menu of Tuscan and Italian dishes. A special menu of 18th
Century recipes is also on offer from experienced chef Umberto Toscano. Light,
healthy options and vegetarian dishes complete the culinary line-up. In the hotel,
guests will also find a charming bar and a breakfast room with a frescoed ceiling.
The cigar roomwith terrace is dedicated to the poet lord Byron. Aside from the
spa and thermal centre, leisure facilities include a fitness centre, cards room,
